The Service Engineer is responsible for performing daily service, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. This role requires building and maintaining strong customer and peer relationships, completing administrative duties promptly, and performing other duties as assigned.
The Service Engineer performs the major functions listed below. Perform preventative maintenance and implement field modifications.
Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Possession of a private bike is required.
Valid driving license and a positive driving record.
Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
