We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as a key liaison between various Sales and Operations stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions.

Collaborate closely with Sales teams to analyze data, synthesize insights, and generate reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Identify potential risks, opportunities, and growth drivers to drive strategic decision-making.

Drive and optimize key sales initiatives, such as Annual Operating Plans, Quota planning, Incentive programs, and Sales programs.

Automate business processes, enhance systems,



and streamline data management to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure that all documentation adheres to internal policies and promotes knowledge sharing.

Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales leadership, Sales Operations, and GTM program management teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in Sales analytics/Sales Operations or a related field, with at least 2 years as a Business Analyst, would be preferred
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools. Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Experience with Python would be a plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
