As Product Specialist I/II/III in the Insulin Sales Team in Perinthalmanna, you will make sure doctors in your territory have the information and product availability they need to prescribe our insulin with confidence. You will build trusted relationships, understand what shapes prescribing decisions and turn that insight into action with your Area Sales Manager. Your work helps more people living with diabetes get the treatment they need, today.

A full-time bachelor's degree in Pharma or Life Science.

- 3-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of your territory, the local market and stockists.
- A solid business understanding and the analytical ability to turn prescription and competitor data into practical decisions.

You will turn market understanding into regular, high-quality conversations with doctors and a reliable supply of products where they are needed.
Deliver against sales effectiveness KPIs, including call averages, frequency, coverage and personal order bookings.




Run ongoing prescription audits and competitive analysis to review previous visits, track doctor engagement and monitor competitor activity.
Support the segmentation of doctors, share feedback on market developments with sales leadership, and organise approved educational activities with internal teams.
You will be trusted to own your territory and be recognised for results, with explicit performance expectations and a culture that values honest feedback. You will build your skills through hands-on experience in the field, learn from experienced colleagues and use relevant learning offerings to keep growing.
