Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective parents and students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand learner and family needs and recommend suitable school programs.
- Explain the curriculum, teaching approach, programs, fee structure, and admissions process clearly.
- Conduct counselling conversations, address concerns, handle objections, and guide families toward enrolment.
- Follow up consistently through calls, email, and other communication channels while maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Schedule counselling sessions, demonstrations, webinars, and other admission interactions.
- Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly counselling, conversion, and revenue goals.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience and share insights on lead quality and parent feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or any graduate qualification.
- Fresh graduates may apply; 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, customer support, admissions, counselling, or EdTech is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- A consultative, confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic familiarity with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, MS Office, and video-conferencing tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
- Prior exposure to education or EdTech is an advantage.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Compensation is ₹3–4 LPA depending on interview performance and suitability.
