Requirements :- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Developer role.- Proven experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs).- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and visibility rules, governor limits, and performance optimization.- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Desirable :- Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect - required.- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator.- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
