Store Executive / Store In-Charge Location : Pune

We are looking for a Stores Executive to manage the flow of materials and components in our manufacturing facility. The Stores Executive will ensure the accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials required for production, contributing to the effective operation of our production processes.

Oversee the receipt of all materials and components required for production, ensuring that quantities and quality match the purchase orders.
· Accurately record received materials in the inventory management system and ensure they are properly labelled and stored.

Ensure that all dispatched materials are properly packed, labelled, and documented, adhering to company policies and customer requirements.
· Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records,



regularly updating the ERP system with all transactions related to receipt, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies to the Manager - Materials.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and other documentation as required.

Ensure that all materials are stored safely and in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized store area.
· Follow safety protocols during material handling and storage to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company policies.

Diploma or certificate in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (experience with [Specific ERP System] is a plus).
