Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to align with customer needs and expectations.
- Recommend design decisions and communicate reasoning behind them.
- Create effective plans to design, prototype, and iterate quickly in an outcome-driven workplace.
- Advocate for human-cantered approaches, building agreement among diverse stakeholders using firm grounding in user and business needs.
- Craft useful and usable experiences through process diagrams, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and handoffs to engineering.
- Routinely collaborate with product managers, designers to build a shared understanding of product vision and design approach.
- Learn about user attitudes and behaviours, establish design hypotheses, prototype solutions, evaluate results, and bring designs to life.





Requirements and skills:

- Experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.
- A degree/ course specialising in Design.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles.
- Proficient in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro.
- Well versed in working with design systems, building custom components and creating interactive clickable prototypes in Figma.
- Ability to understand concepts and convert them into effective designs.
- Conduct usability testing and prepare usability test reports.
