Responsibilities

Lead surgeon conversions via smart surgery strategy to meet state-wide sales targets

Build VELYS Digital Hip foundations and establish digital platforms

Manage and develop high-performing orthopaedic sales team

Collaborate with state joint sales leadership to identify and execute surgeon conversion plans

Build and maintain long-term relationships with surgeons and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in health-related field with anatomy and physiology knowledge

Proven track record in orthopaedic or surgical medical device sales

Background in medical, physiotherapy, or data science preferred

Robust strategic thinking and demonstrated leadership capabilities

Technical aptitude for understanding medical devices and robotics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and business planning skills
