Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 8 - 12 years of relevant experience and strong domain expertise in Life or Wealth Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product direction, managing backlog priorities, and driving end-to-end product delivery in alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.The role requires close collaboration with Business, Product, Technology, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams to translate business requirements into clearly defined product capabilities. The candidate should have strong ownership across the product lifecycle, including discovery, roadmap planning, backlog management, Agile execution, implementation, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features, initiatives, and user stories are clearly defined, refined, and prioritized.- Define product roadmaps and priorities aligned with HNW (High Net Worth) business objectives and technology strategy.- Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, dependencies, and expected outcomes.- Translate business needs and opportunities into actionable product requirements and measurable outcomes.- Lead backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Technology teams, and Agile squads.- Drive Agile execution and delivery by ensuring clarity of scope, acceptance criteria, priorities,



and business outcomes.- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to resolve competing priorities, requirements, and delivery dependencies.- Track and communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to relevant stakeholders.- Identify process improvement opportunities and establish meaningful metrics to measure product effectiveness and delivery performance.- Partner with technology teams throughout solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.- Ensure end-to-end validation of delivered capabilities against business requirements and expected outcomes.- Provide regular product updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future product planning and delivery.Must-Have Skills:- Life / Wealth Insurance Domain- Product Backlog Management- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration- Agile Execution & Product Delivery- Process Improvement & MetricsQualifications & Experience :- Graduate degree in B.E. / B.Tech. from a reputed university.- 8 - 12 years of relevant qualified experience.- Strong experience in Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance is mandatory.- Proven experience in Product Management, product delivery, backlog management, or a closely related role.- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional business and technology teams.- Agile/Product Management certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent is preferred.
