3rd Planet Global is a creative-first agency working across Design Lab, Growth Lab, and Motions & Films Lab, with AI-led film and animation as its core strength. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to secure long-term business partnerships with overseas clients. You will find prospects, build relationships with brand and marketing leaders, and get them onto Google Meet discovery calls that lead to partnerships.

Identify and profile target brands and decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Founders) in assigned markets

Run outbound outreach on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email, using both the VP's profile (on their behalf) and your own

Write personalised, market-appropriate outreach in the VP's voice and in your own

Build relationships over time and turn warm conversations into Google Meet discovery calls

Schedule calls with the VP and share the agenda and prospect brief beforehand





Follow up after each call to move prospects from project work to long-term partnership

2–4 years in business development or sales, preferably at a creative, digital, or marketing agency

- Proven outbound experience with international clients
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold email tools (e.g. Solid written and spoken English
- Bonus: Experience running paid lead-generation campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or Google Ads) in overseas markets

A steady flow of qualified Google Meet discovery calls with overseas decision-makers

Discovery calls converting into signed overseas partnerships

People who send generic templated outreach at volume, anyone who sees BD as only lead lists, and candidates without real international client exposure.
