io , an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for an Senior Finance Executive to own and scale our paid acquisition and demand-generation engine.
This role is ideal for someone who combines robust performance marketing expertise with a sharp understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and can translate marketing investments into qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
Handle monthly and year-end closing, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and preparation of MIS reports.
Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, outstanding balances, and ageing reports.
Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and books of accounts.

Manage GST-related activities, including input tax credit reconciliation and invoicing.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders during audits and assessments.

Financial Controls & Revenue Management
Reconcile revenue and financial transactions across business channels.
Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and accounting procedures.
Identify discrepancies, resolve accounting issues, and support improvements in financial processes and internal controls.

Banking & Cash Flow Management
Manage day-to-day banking activities, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in cash flow monitoring, fund planning, and preparation of cash flow reports.




Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions and banking activities.

CA Inter, B.Com, M.Com or an equivalent qualification.

- 3–5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a startup, SaaS, or product-based company.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and Indian accounting standards.
- Experience working in a SaaS, startup, or product-based company.

Knowledge of Ind-AS and applicable accounting standards.
Familiarity with Zoho accounting software.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
Experience with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
Familiarity with finance automation tools and process improvement practices.
