Roles and responsibilities :- Define and maintain platform vision and strategy aligned to enterprise IT and business objectives.- Provide architectural guidance to ensure designs align with platform standards and leading practices.- Shape governance frameworks covering instance strategy, integrations, and data models.- Facilitate platform governance forums to drive consistent decisions across partners and teams.- Anticipate and mitigate platform risks (scalability, performance, technical debt).- Influence adoption of leading practices across business, partner, and ServiceNow teams.- Provide structured feedback to ServiceNow product and engineering teams.Skillsets :- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution strategy.- Proven experience designing and implementing at least 2 complete ServiceNow instances, covering multiple product families.- Deep hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Zurich/Australia release.- Track record of defining multi-workflow,



enterprise-scale architectures and governance models.- Expertise in platform strategy, integration patterns, and complex delivery governance.- Solid ability to operate as a platform-level architect, guiding multiple teams and partners toward a unified vision.- Proven experience engaging at Executive level to influence platform direction and business outcomes.- CMDB architecture and CSDM.- Extensive experience with enterprise-scale automation.- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service lifecycle management.- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
