BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field





- 5 to 10 years of progressive Recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions. Experience in O&G; is plus.
- Experienced and comfortable using sourcing tools & recruitment technology, ATS and CRM, recruitment dashboards, analytics & reporting tools Language requirement
- Advanced English
- Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn) as well as partnering with a sourcer to find the best talent for our roles
- Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
