Sartorius seeks a Technical Specialist for its Bangalore validation services team to execute microbiological and physicochemical studies, manage laboratory documentation, and ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards in a contract testing workplace.

Responsibilities

Execute microbiological and physicochemical validation studies according to protocols and SOPs under GLP/GMP

Prepare laboratory data forms, interpret results, and document findings per Good Documentation Practices

Identify and investigate protocol deviations and out-of-specification test results

Draft and maintain SOPs, qualification protocols, technical reports, and validation documentation

Support instrument maintenance, third-party repairs, and compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements

- Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
- 2–5 years pharmaceutical, biopharma, or contract manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of microbiological testing, growth promotion assays, and media preparation
- Understanding of GMP and GDP requirements
- Familiarity with LIMS, ELN, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with sterilizing-grade filter applications in pharma settings
