Our Client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manage r to support its finance function from India while closely collaborating with the finance and leadership teams in the United States. This role requires excellent financial acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a global business environment

Manage the complete accounting cycle in compliance with US GAAP and company policies.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Oversee General Ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end/year-end closing.
Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, standard costing, BOM costing, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
Analyze production costs, inventory movements, and plant performance to improve operational efficiency
Partner with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, cost planning, and profitability analysis
Coordinate with the US Finance team on reporting, compliance, audits, and financial planning
Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate financial policies.Drive process improvements,



ERP optimization, and automation initiativ
Mcom/MBA with 6–10 years of post-qualification exper i
Min imum 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing organiz ation.Hands-on experienc e in cost accou nting, inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing finance
Experience working with US-based stakeholders or multinational manufacturing companies will be highly preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar manufacturing ERP platforms
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and MIS reporting. Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management

Preferred Experience

Experience in automotive, engineering, precision components, or India Enineering / Purchase office organization
Exposure to global finance operations, shared services, or multinational manufacturing environments
Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial process improvements is an added advantage

The position is based in India a nd follows Indian working hours (IST).
