About the Role : We are looking for an experienced and highly technical ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, driving platform governance, and leading end-to-end multi-module implementations from scratch.Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end technical delivery for at least 2 to 3 full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations from scratch across enterprise module suites.- Establish platform best practices, coding standards, release management protocols, and integration frameworks to maintain instance health and performance.- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical architectures and technical design documents (TDDs).- Drive hands-on development, customization, and configuration across key modules such as ITAM, HRSD, ServiceNow AI (GenAI / Virtual Agent), and ITSM/ITOM.- Architect and build complex integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and custom Web Services.- Guide and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, perform technical code reviews, and effectively communicate complex solution designs to senior leadership and client stakeholders.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications : - Minimum 8 years of total IT experience,



with 8+ years dedicated to ServiceNow development projects.- 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Lead Architect role.- Hands-on experience leading at least 2 - 3 end-to-end platform-level implementations from scratch.Core Module Expertise : - Strong hands-on architectural and technical expertise in one or more of the following ServiceNow modules : ITAM (Hardware/Software Asset Management), HRSD (HR Service Delivery), or ServiceNow AI (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI).Technical Competency : - Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows/Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Integration Hub.Certifications (Preferred) : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITAM, HRSD, or relevant modules- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a strong plus.Soft Skills : - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement.- Proven team leadership abilities to manage delivery quality and technical governance.
