As a Confidential CFO in Ahmedabad / Mumbai, you will look after the financial direction of a business within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. You will help keep financial planning, reporting and business decisions clear and well managed. Drive inorganic growth of the company via M&A; and also head investor relations.
The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry in Ahmedabad / Mumbai.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business priorities and strategic decision-making.
Partner with the leadership team to drive business performance, profitability, and P&L; outcomes across the organisation.
Prepare clear and insightful financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership, board, and investor review.
Lead investor relations activities, including stakeholder communications, board interactions, fundraising support, and performance reporting.
Drive M&A; initiatives including target evaluation, financial due diligence, deal execution, integration planning, and post-merger integration.
Support strategic initiatives,



capital allocation decisions, and business transformation programs to accelerate growth and operational excellence.
Experience leading the finance function in a senior leadership capacity.
Prior experience serving in a leadership role within a publicly listed organisation.
Proven experience leading investor relations, including engagement with investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive strategic and commercial outcomes.
Sound understanding of financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting processes.
Demonstrated exposure to M&A; activities, including deal evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-merger integration.
Permanent role based in Ahmedabad / Mumbai.
