Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Finance Analyst to support financial planning and analysis for a ~$25M business in Mumbai. The role involves forecasting, budget management, profitability analysis, and strategic financial reporting to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze transactional and operational data to identify anomalies and recommend accruals or reversals for accurate reporting

Develop and standardize analyses and reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles

Build dashboards and business intelligence tools to share financial insights across the organization

Conduct profitability analysis, identify P&L; drivers, and support strategic initiatives with commercial teams





Build and maintain forecast models for revenue, product launches, pricing, operating expenses, and capital expenditure

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA qualification
- 2–3 years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Proficiency with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with ability to work in fast-paced deadline-driven workplace
- Understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controls
