We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager, to join us.
In this role you will be responsible in developing, creating and implementing successful business development strategies that increases our market presence, enhances customer connections.
Responsible for current client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients
Generating revenue as per given targets & sales slabs with a common objective of boosting the branch revenue as a whole
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
Analyze market trends, competitor strategies,



and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and recommend appropriate actions
Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team
Educate clients about the firm's products and services, highlighting their unique selling points and ensuring maximum conversions
Drive revenue growth by achieving or surpassing sales targets, while upholding profitability and risk management standards
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the broking industry
NISM 8 certification is must
Excellent knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and broking services
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, evaluate data, and make data-driven decisions
