Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve performance
- Support marketing initiatives and local outreach activities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance standards
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Healthcare/Management preferred)
- 6 – 8 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales
- Experience in handling targets and business development
- Ability to manage operations and lead a team
