Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Financial Analyst I to support financial planning and analysis for a business unit in Mumbai. The role involves monthly and quarterly closing activities, expense management, forecasting, and business partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic financial decisions.
Manage business unit operating expenses during monthly pre-close and closing periods
Reconcile headcount and prepare commission and incentive program reports monthly
Maintain margin dashboards and provide timely financial analysis for business decisions
Support business reviews with financial context and analysis
CA or CMA with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in FP&A;
Proficiency in Excel and PLN financial systems
SAP experience preferred
Experience in operating expense management and financial close processes
