As a Senior Engineer, within the Technology Assurance & Controls team, you will be responsible for building and running a number of risk, delivery & control testing solutions both on-premises and in cloud environments. You will be integral to managing automation of control and control testing which allows ANZ to be proactive and leading in their technology risk management practices.
The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of risk, controls and delivery frameworks as well as have a deep proven understanding in technology. They are intensely curious in technology and data with a passion for ensuring quality across all facets of technology operations and delivery, including following emerging regulatory trends, how they could apply to ANZ and appropriate solutions to respond.

10+ years hands-on programming.




Extensive hands-on experience in coding in at least 5 of the following areas at 'expert' level: Python (Django), JavaScript, Co-pilot, ServiceNow, Cloud AI, SQL and Qlik/Tableau
At least 5 years' experience in ANZ systems integration
Extensive experience in a Senior Engineering roles, mentoring and stakeholders management
Use your understanding of risk, controls and delivery frameworks to find a technical solution and engage broader technical teams to drive improvement and uplift on their capabilities and outcomes related to technology deliver and operations.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to provide more effective and insightful analysis, oversight and engagement
The ability to tell the story and present accurate data in a meaningful and functional manner, meeting customer requirement.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Computer Science (Major in Computing)
