Provide QS Term Consultancy service for Client:
Cost planning and estimation
Closing of final accounts
Prepare and issue tender documents for each contract including:
Requirements for operating & maintenance manuals
Requirements for testing, commissioning & training
Contract terms & preliminaries
Possess BCA PSPC-recognised degree in Building Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
Having 3 years and above of practical experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor
Registered Quantity Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equivalent
Possess experience of at least 3 projects using Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC)
Familiar with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for costing purpose (i.e.Possess experience in on going/completed projects where Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) is implemented
