About the Role Wilmarcs Motion Pictures is looking for a dynamic, creative and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our presence in the Australian market.

We're looking for someone who combines robust business development skills with an understanding of creative storytelling, filmmaking, advertising and digital marketing.

B2B Sales & Business Development

- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business development.
- Experience managing prospects from initial outreach to conversion.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with international clients or markets.

Understanding of professional B2B communication.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Ability to confidently conduct online meetings with Australian clients.

Creative Industry Understanding

Genuine interest in filmmaking, advertising, branded content and visual storytelling.

Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate creative solutions.

Confidence in presenting previous projects, showreels and creative portfolios.

Ability to position Wilmarcs as a strategic creative partner rather than simply a video production vendor.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.

Knowledge of B2B digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.

Familiarity with email marketing, social media marketing and marketing automation.

Understanding of how marketing activities translate into qualified business opportunities.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking with marketing managers, business owners and corporate leaders.





Ability to understand client briefs and coordinate proposals with the creative team.

CRM & Technology

Experience using CRM and sales pipeline management tools.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms.

Comfortable using AI tools for research, productivity and sales support.

Ability to maintain accurate sales reports and follow-up schedules.

Generate leads through research, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals and strategic networking.

Initiate conversations with marketing heads, corporate communications teams, agencies and event organisers.

Present Wilmarcs' creative capabilities and portfolio to prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative team.

Develop and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

Execute targeted digital marketing and brand-building initiatives.

Develop partnerships with Australian creative agencies, event companies and production houses.

Identify opportunities for recurring content production and post-production partnerships.

Follow up consistently and convert qualified opportunities into projects.

Maintain CRM records and report measurable business development progress.

Preferred Background Experience in any of the following industries would be advantageous:

Film and video production

B2B creative or professional services
