Role Description The Senior Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal, responsible for driving sales of solar and house infrastructure solutions. The Senior Sales Consultant will collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and timely delivery, and will maintain detailed records of activities in CRM or other sales tools. This position also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to sales strategies,



and mentoring junior sales staff as needed.

Robust Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with a proven ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, focused on building long-term relationships and delivering a positive client experience.

Demonstrated experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in solar, energy, construction, or house infrastructure sectors.

Ability to work on-site in Karnal, conduct regular field visits, and manage a local sales territory effectively.

Strong negotiation, planning, and time-management capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office, and basic digital tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
