The ideal candidate should have solid ITSM experience, knowledge of at least two additional ServiceNow modules, and the ability to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions while communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities : - Manage ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customisation.- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).- Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Flow Designer workflows, notifications, and email scripts.- Manage Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets, and REST API integrations.- Support ITSM processes and contribute to implementations or enhancements across additional ServiceNow modules.- Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution.- Understand business and client requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.- Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards and best practices.- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.- Contribute to platform enhancements,
