Role : Reporting Specialist (Power BI & Workday)Mode : RemoteType : Contractor (8 hrs in a day)Key Qualifications & Technical Requirements : Workday Reporting Expertise (Must-Have) : - 3+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports).- Proficiency with Workday Calculated Fields, business objects, and data sources.- Solid understanding of core business management reports (HCM/Workforce analytics, Projects, or Financial actuals).- Proven experience exposing Workday custom reports via RaaS (Reporting as a Service) or REST APIs for external consumption.Data Lake & Ingestion "Plumbing" (Must-Have) : - Demonstrated experience ingesting external API/RaaS data into a cloud data lake/warehouse (e.g., Microsoft Fabric / Lakehouse / OneLake,



Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake).- Robust SQL skills for relational modeling, transformation logic, and data staging.Power BI & Semantic Modeling (Must-Have) : - 5+ years of extensive experience in Power BI Desktop & Service.- Mastery in DAX, Power Query (M), Star Schema design, and dataset performance tuning.Nice-to-Have : - Experience with Power Automate for flow alerts, notifications, and task orchestration.- Familiarity with Workday Security Groups and replicating role-based/row-level security in Power BI.
