Technical Support Analyst / Team Lead - PuneWe are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join our Technology Support team in Pune. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience working in enterprise environments, and expertise across cloud, infrastructure, and application support technologies.Key Responsibilities : - Provide L2/L3 technical support for business-critical applications and infrastructure.- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of applications and services.- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve incidents and problems.- Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities through ServiceNow.- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA)
