This role is backend-heavy, requiring deep expertise in Node.js and distributed system design, while also contributing across the stack.What you will do:- Design, build, and continuously ship product features across the stack with a strong backend focus.- Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful/ GraphQL APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.- Lead system design and architectural decisions for complex modules including database modeling and third-party service integrations.- Build scalable,



high-performance user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js/Next.js.- Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical mentorship, and continuous system optimization.- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end feature ownership.Skills & Qualifications:- 7+ years building production-grade applications with deep expertise in Node.js and backend systems.- Proven track record designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance APIs.- Robust hands-on experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies.- Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD-driven development workflows.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (Masters is a plus).Hiring Process:3 - 4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
