Requirements

- Graduation degree is a must
- Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
- A adaptable schedule with the ability to work in the shifts
- High communication skills.
- Good numerical sense, detail-oriented, high accuracy in payment handling
- Follow the requirements as indicated in the Standard Operational Procedures.
- Handle transactions by cash, credit card, check or other forms of payments, in local or foreign currencies.
- Handle returns such as exchanges, refunds, and credit notes according to the company policies and guidelines.
- Reconcile daily transactions with cash and other forms of balances.
- Ensure adequate cash flow in counters.
- Verify the amounts at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Input transaction and client information on the system and invoices accurately.
- Provide information to management by consolidating sales and related information such as sales, stock movement, and customer reports.
- Ensure high alertness on job duties.
