Dhyey HR Services is Hiring Sales And CS Executive Executive for One of the leading Shipping Freight Forwarding Industry based out at Gandhidham ( Kutch ) Location.
Experience : Minimum 2 Years Industry : Freight Forwarding
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle Sales & Customer Service operations in Freight Forwarding
- Generate current business opportunities and acquire clients
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure service satisfaction
- Coordinate shipments for FCL, LCL & Air Freight :
- Liaise with overseas agents and shipping lines for smooth execution
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing effectively
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
- Support documentation processes including BL, Invoice, Packing List , etc.
- Maintain reports, communication records & MIS updates
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
