Customer Support Executive - Premium Domestic Voice Process (WFO) Location : Noida Salary : ₹18,000 - ₹30,000/month Shift Window : 9 AM - 9 PM (Any 9-hour shift) Working Days : 5-6 Days Cabs : ODD-hour cab within 20 km radius
Role : Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver high-quality customer service while following process and quality standards.
Eligibility :
- Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers & experienced can apply
- Good English communication
- Versant Level 5-6 required
- Comfortable with voice support
Selection Rounds : HR → Ops → Client → Versant Test
