Job Overview : We are seeking a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller / Admissions Counselor to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and cultural centers interested in our examinations, certifications, and cultural programs. Your goal is to provide information, handle inquiries, and convert leads into registrations.

Key Responsibilities : Information Provider: Explain the advantages of Sarbabharatiya Sangeet-O-Sanskriti Parishad certifications, examination schedules, and the various streams of Indian classical music, dance, and fine arts we offer.

Registration Support: Guide applicants through the admission and examination form-filling process.

Data Entry: Maintain an accurate record of all calls and lead statuses in Google Sheets/CRM.

Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with "warm" leads to ensure they complete their enrollment.

Coordination:



Work closely with the administrative team to resolve student queries regarding diplomas and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Languages: Hindi or English (Any or Both)

Communication: Excellent verbal communication and a polite, persuasive phone manner.

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, counseling, or customer service. Freshers with great communication skills are welcome.

Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
