Job Role

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring a smooth support experience for users of our EV charging network.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with charging station usage, payments, and app-related issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality

Shift Details

- Day Shift : Work from Office (Kengeri, Bengaluru)
- Night Shift : Work from Home

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluency in English (mandatory) :

- Proficiency in Kannada or Hindi (mandatory) :

- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

CTC

₹2,38,184 - ₹2,81,804 per annum (Depending on performance during the selection process)
