Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about company products, services, installations, warranties, and maintenance support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Record and maintain customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requests, quotations, and project updates.
- Assist customers with order tracking, service scheduling, and documentation requirements.
- Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and service quality standards.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.




- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the electrical, solar energy, renewable energy, or related industry.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with service coordination and after-sales support processes.
