About the Role

We are looking for a confident and energetic Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Sargasan, Gandhinagar. The role involves communicating with international clients, assisting customers, supporting sales activities, and helping with marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international clients in English
- Support sales follow-ups and lead generation
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service

Requirements :

- Strong oral communication skills in English are mandatory




- MS Excel skills required
- Confidence in speaking with international clients
- Outgoing personality preferred
- Out-of-the-box thinker with problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
