Location : Noida, Sector-57 (Work from office)

Experience : 06 months of experience (Voice/Non-Vpice)

Shift Timings : 6 AM-12 AM (Any 9-hour shift) for both Males & Females

Mandatory Language : Kannada (02-positions) & (Gujarati-05 positions)

Responsibilities :

- Handle customer interactions in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined SLAs
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Document customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams as per process guidelines
- Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
- Meet individual and team performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, and productivity targets
- Handle customer objections, de-escalate irate callers,



and ensure positive resolution
- Stay updated with process changes, product updates, and training modules
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality teams
- Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times

Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
