Graduate in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Sea Import Customer Service / Operations
- Knowledge of import documentation and customs clearance
- Good communication and MS Office skills
- Handle end-to-end sea import shipments (FCL / LCL)
- Coordinate with customers, CHA, shipping lines, CFS, and transporters
- Check import documents and ensure timely customs clearance
- Track shipment status and provide regular customer updates
- Control detention/demurrage and resolve customer queries
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and SOPs
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
