Job Role

As an IT Sales & Service Trainee , you will be trained in both customer handling, sales strategies, and basic technical support .

Responsibilities

- Assist in IT product sales (laptops, accessories, software services)
- Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, phone, online)
- Support in basic hardware troubleshooting (laptops/desktops)
- Coordinate with technical team for service requests
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
- Learn and support digital service offerings (web, marketing, etc.)

Requirements :

- Any degree (preferably IT / Computer Science / Business)





- Basic knowledge of computers & internet

- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

- Interest in sales + technical field :

- Willingness to learn and grow

Freshers Welcome

No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
