Job Summary : We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic real estate team. The CRE will ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities : Client Engagement :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.

Customer Service :

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and issues efficiently.

Documentation and Reporting :

- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.




- Generate regular reports on client activities and market insights for management.

Qualifications : Education :

- Must have at least a Bachelor's degree

Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate sector.

Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
