Connect4sure Technologies designs, delivers, and manages next-generation networking and cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprises and growing businesses. We are seeking enthusiastic interns and freshers to join our Service Delivery team , supporting link feasibility, delivery, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform broadband and internet link feasibility checks
- Coordinate link delivery and implementation with ISPs
- Assist in implementing links on customer edge devices
- Handle client communication and internal coordination
- Track tasks, follow up on dependencies, and manage delivery timelines
- Support issue identification,
escalation, and resolution
- Maintain ISP coordination and service documentation
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduates or final-year students in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related disciplines
- English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory
- Strong interest in networking and service delivery operations
- Valuable coordination, documentation, and organizational skills
