About the Role "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Client Service Executive to manage and strengthen client relationships in the healthcare staffing sector. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, supporting key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to meet healthcare workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients throughout the staffing process.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, HR teams, and clinical managers.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely placement of healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied staff).
- Track contract performance including fill rates, compliance, retention, and service levels.
- Support onboarding and credentialing to ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to address concerns and maintain satisfaction.




- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to resolve service or performance issues.
- Prepare reports on staffing performance and client metrics.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ year of experience in client management, account coordination, or healthcare staffing.
- Understanding of healthcare roles, credentialing, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a quick-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS, VMS, or CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting hospital or multi-location healthcare accounts.
- Knowledge of compliance and credentialing platforms (e.g., Prophecy, Checkr).
- Experience working with MSP or vendor-managed staffing programs.
