About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic interns eager to learn and gain hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform . This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Learn and explore enterprise platforms independently.
- Work with JavaScript fundamentals (desirable but not mandatory).
- Read and interpret technical documentation.
- Prepare basic documentation and communicate effectively.
- Adapt to evolving requirements with limited guidance.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM concepts.
- Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals (preferred).
- Understanding of databases and web technologies (a plus).




- Willingness to learn enterprise tools and processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Interest in IT service management and enterprise platforms.
- Ability to commit for 6 months .
