- Utilize various sales techniques, including door-to-door sales and cold calling, to acquire new subscribers.**_

- 2. Affiliate Marketing Agent Recruitment :_ -**:

- Recruit and train a minimum of 5 Affiliate Marketing Agents monthly. _ - :

- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure the success of recruited agents. _ - :

- Foster strong relationships with agents to encourage long-term partnerships.**_

- 3. Sales Targets :_ -**:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by TopWorker. _ - :

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.**_

- 4. Customer Relationship Management :_ -**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents. _ - :

- Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.**_

Reporting :_ -**:

- Submit daily and weekly reports on sales activities, subscriptions, and agent recruitment to the sales manager.**_
