Job Title: CRM Executive (Male)

Location : Thaltej, Ahmedabad Industry : Industrial Sector

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and manage customer database and CRM records
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, dispatch, and service updates
- Regular follow-up with customers for order confirmation and payments
- Support inside sales activities and assist the sales team
- Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure timely execution
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Prepare reports in MS Excel and maintain documentation
- Build long-term professional relationships with clients

Eligibility Criteria :

- Qualification : Graduate (Any Discipline)
- Experience :



2-3 years in CRM / Client Coordination (B2B preferred)
- Gender : Male
- Languages Required : Fluent in English, Hindi & Gujarati

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Problem-solving and client-handling skills

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
