Customer Support Executive - E-commerce Inbound (Work From Office) Location : Ranchi Salary : ₹14,000 - ₹20,000/month

Role Summary : Handle inbound customer calls for an e-commerce process and resolve queries related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage inbound customer calls
- Resolve order & service-related queries
- Maintain call records in system
- Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements :

- Good English & Hindi communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude

Work Details :

- 9-hour shift (6 days/week)
- Rotational shifts & week off
- Work from office only
- No cab facility

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
