Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)Employment Type Full time (Work from Office) Process Voice Support (Domestic Inbound & Outbound) Work Schedule - Login Hours: 8 hours working + 1 hour break - Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off - Shift Timings: - Males: Rotational shifts - Females: Day shift (may extend up to 8:00 PM) Compensation - Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹15,500 (in-hand, no deductions) - Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,500 (applicable if shift extends beyond 10:00 PM) Key Responsibilities - Handle domestic inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries and provide accurate product/service information - Listen actively to customer concerns, identify needs, and deliver appropriate solutions - Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems, including follow-ups - Meet and maintain performance metrics such as CSAT, FCR, AHT, quality, and accuracy - Adhere to company scripts, policies,



and regulatory guidelines while maintaining professionalism - Escalate complex issues with proper documentation and suggested next steps - Stay updated on product knowledge, processes, and ongoing promotions - Ensure confidentiality and protection of customer data as per privacy policies Required Qualifications - Minimum qualification: 12th pass or higher - Prior experience in BPO/customer service is preferred - Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s) with clear articulation - Good listening skills, empathy, and ability to handle challenging customer interactions calmly - Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with basic computer knowledge - Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends Key Competencies - Positive attitude and customer-first mindset - Adaptability to changing processes and environments - Resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
