Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and charismatic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our brand is exceptional. Your goal is to foster strong, long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Relationship Management : Build and maintain robust, professional relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Issue Resolution : Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Client Onboarding : Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure they realize the full value of our services.
- Retention & Growth :



Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and work proactively to reduce customer churn.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to improve the overall customer experience.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare periodic reports on account status and health.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience :

- Inside sales: 1 year (preferred)
