- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Manage order follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams
- Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions
- Support daily e-commerce sales operations and client coordination
- Maintain customer and sales records properly
Requirements :
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good knowledge of online sales and customer support handling
- Ability to manage clients professionally
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
