Eligibility :
- 12th pass / Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Excellent English communication required
- Freshers with solid communication welcome
Role :
- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve queries quickly and accurately
- Share correct company information
- Maintain proper call records
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Work Schedule :
- 9-hour shift (including breaks)
- 6 days working, rotational week off
- No cab facility
